The best way to enjoy gluten free bread is fresh, just like any other bread.

The next best way is to freeze the bread as soon and as fresh as possible. Once frozen, the bread will keep well until needed. Remove frozen loaf from package, microwave for 30 seconds on High and then place bread in oven for five minutes at 170C until crust is crisp. Before slicing the bread let it rest for a few minutes.
