Gala Bakery is committed to producing gluten free bread that has the taste, texture and structure of regular bread. We are constantly working with our staff to develop new product lines so as to keep our gluten free range interesting and enjoyable. Since commencing operations in 2013 in the Perth suburb of Morley we've grown from baking only four different varieties of gluten free loaves to a range which now includes dinner rolls, panini, pizza bases, tea cakes, bagels, muffins .... and more. We're so proud that our Multi-Seed Loaf was awarded Best Gluten Free Bread at the 2015 Perth Royal Show, why not try our gluten free bread. It's tasty and you might never have thought or imagined that it's gluten free.

All gluten free bread, muffins and other products sold by Gala Bakery are guaranteed locally made in our bakery in suburban Perth and not shipped in from the other side of Australia, the other side of the world or the other side of anywhere. Further, all of our products have been laboratory tested right here in Western Australia to certify that they are gluten free.
